Our CEO

Sherrie Flowers, MsThSt, MSHR is the CEO of She Flows Enterprise. In fact, She Flows is a play on her name, (She)rrie (Flow)ers. She is also a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 23 years of experience. Her background is graced in knowledge and experience in employee relations; training and development; organizational development; organizational behavior, recruitment; employee benefits; and business strategy and development. Sherrie is also a skilled Project Manager having worked on projects with proven positive results in employee engagement, managerial training and learning and development.

Sherrie is also the accomplished author of two books: Game Time: Achieving Victory through Wholeness" and "Five-A-Day: The Perfect Dosage of Grace." She is also CEO of Next Level Living; a non-profit workforce development organization. NLL is purposed to help break the cycle of poverty by offering free GED classes, career skill development and job placement assistance for the community.

Sherrie is an ordained Elder at her church and serves as the Executive Director of Sister's Keeper Women's Ministry. One of her biggest gifts and passions is empowering and inspiring women.

Mrs. Flowers’ impressive education includes a Bachelors in Business Administration from WIU; a Master’s of Science degree in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago; and a Masters in Theological Studies from Liberty University Theological Seminary in Lynchburg, Virginia. She is a pioneer and powerful social influencer and content creator.  

The loves of Sherrie's life is her husband Ron and their three wonderful children: Ron Jr. “RJ,” Sheridan, and Carson “CJ”.
